aftershock Skill

Hi,

Does anyone know where to find the skill "aftershock" for the elementist as I cannot find it no where. I looked in "bloodstone Fen" but there is no unique monsters there with that skill.

There is a boss Thorn Stalker with Aftershock in Bloodstone Fen, but you may have to try a few times to get him to spawn. He can appear about 1/3 of the way through, in the red dusty area (not yet to the jungle part), but I think I've also seen a monk Oakheart in his place.
