Okay... I am gonna go for a knockdown build... any suggestions with the attributes? I was thinking of strength, hammer, and earth.. both how would i heal myself? what skills are recommended... for PvE and PvP

For PvP you do not require healing. For PvE hammer isnt the best choice.

Devastating Hammer {Elite} - Hammer Attack

Crushing Blow - Hammer Attack
If this attack hits, you strike for 1-16 more damage. If you hit a knocked-down enemy, you inflict a deep wound, lowering your target's maximum health by 20% for 5-17 seconds.

Heavy Blow - Hammer Attack
Lose all adrenaline. If this attack hits a foe suffering from weakness, that foe is knocked down and you strike for 1-24 more damage.

Warrior's Cunning - Skill
For 5-10 seconds your melee attacks cannot be blocked or evaded.

Frenzy - Stance
For 8 seconds, you attack 33% faster, but take double damage.

Glyph of Lesser Energy - Glyph - 5 mana
Your next spell costs 15 less Energy to cast.

Stoning - Spell - 15 mana
You send a flurry of stones at target foe. The stones strike for 20-76 Earth damage if they hit. If Stoning hits a foe suffering form Weakness, that foe is knocked down.

1. buff with frenzy when you are right infront of your target and when you are full charged of adrenaline

2. frenzy speed up your attack speed which allow you to add extra hits in the middle of knockdowns. And do this combo. Devastating Hammer(knockdown) > Crushing Blow > regular attack > Heavy Blow(knockdown) > regular attack > regular attack > Stoning(knockdown) > regular attack > regular attack > regular attack.

if you want to see dmg it's dmg, this is how it is against casters and rangers. 50(knockdown) > 100(deep wound if target has 500hp)+70 > 50 > 80(knockdown) > 50 > 50 > 65(knockdown) > 50 > 50 > 50. All connect perfectly and your target can not move at all.

Aftershock is missing from this build. Thats the key skill in the W/E knockdown build.

I've test with all kinds of Hammer war/X build even mess with aftershock a lot. And tell you what, aftershock is too overrated because you guys are blind with the big number 45+75(130) dmg and it complete stops you for 3/4(casting) and 2 (ending) seconds. And sometimes it wont even do total of 100 dmg cause it gets resist by high magical resistance armor such as rangers ect. And with my buid you can do this right after "Heavy blow" 50 + 50 + 65(knockdown) + 50 + 50 + 50 <not include critical dmg> compare with aftershock 130 dmg alone. And if you do aftershock you can not do extra attacks with frenzy because you are stop for 2 3/4 secs for using aftershock.

And dont tell me how suck is frenzy in the middle of chain knockdowns because YOU are being KNOCKDOWN x 2 or x 3 and you can NOT attack me.

I know i will get flame by all of you aftershock hammer war with your cookie cutter build and not trying to discover more of other awsome build.

Also i figure hammer w/e is not as ideal because w/e gets screw too easy with hex/condition. After test and test i figure w/n is the most ideal hammer build, (at lease for my style). Plague Touch is too critical for any war and Rend enchancements is too critical for hammer war.
