Chaos Axe is just too bland. No detail to it. The only thing that saves it is the fact it dyes very well, and it's somewhat rare (well use to be).

theres also the kilroy stoneskin quest outside of deldrimor warcamp that spawns chests that can be abused by flagging the heros and henchys back so you get all the drops. i used to run that quest like a madman and made around 500k a day from selling the crystalline swords, dwarven and serpents axes that come from those chests

Butterfly Sword - I am really, really fond of butterflies and I love the elegance of this design, the intuitive balance and the overall presentation.

FDS - perhaps... I'm not sure, but perhaps my all-time fave.

IDS - I consider this an offshoot of the FDS, so does it count for an additional personal choice? Nah, I'm taking 6. Anyway, I like the amusing history connected with this weapon, and I think it looks splendid. Did I mention that aside from being a bit obsessed with butterflies, I am even more enamoured of dragons?

Violet Edge - no, the original colour has nothing to do with it. Ok, I lied. But look at the shape, and the elegant scrollwork, too!

Zodiac Sword - so, you can dye the gems? That's just wonderful!

Lesser Highlander Sword - I like the honest, straightforward believability of this sword, and it's another one that I think is great in the way it accepts dyes.

Elonian Gladius-People say it's too short. It's not the size of the blade, it's how you use it. Full glads+shield of the lion+this=maximus decimus meridius (or however you bloody spell it)
