Gonna have to disagree with you big time on this Sino. That is a VERY desireable mod on a max dmg axe. Some people prefer the 15>50 but there are a LOT of people out there who like the Always mod. I would say easy 50-60k if not more.

It is a good mod but you have to remember that this will only work well for warriors wearing gladiator armor with the extra energy bonus. That -5 energy is not as desirable as say -10 armor while attacking which seems to be the best negative condition.

-5Energy is the only negative condition I would use if I had a +dmg always weapon. Good find.
