I don't use a necro, and have no idea about necro prices.

For all the offhands, unless you put it in sells forum, you can't tell what price you can get. Your already approaches the maximum stats, but frankly I don't really think it is very good.
I would guess most popular build is blood N/Mo who will not have 12 death. (judging by the blood wands i sold and death wand request i received) If he did have 12 death, he would most likely put other pts into Mo. Both death and monk skills lack real good self-enchantment. (that is one reason most monk prefer 12/20/20 since no self good enchanting to use XX HP enchanted). Of course you also need to compete with collector. Death 12/20/20 is not so good since normal casting time is not too long, unlike fire 12/20/20 which is crucial.
So open a thread and let us see.
