One of my favorite mesmer skills. With Mantra of Recovery you can really dish out the damage quickly. I find it best to use on melee allies because I don't really have to check if they have someone near them or not.

Mantra of Recovery and two SH casts = 45E spent in 8 seconds. Yikes....

Who am I to speak as I echo cast it in my farming treks all the time.
