I'd say higher than 10k with the always on dmg modifier and the health bump. The -5 energy is a bummer. Maybe 15-17k?

i would say 25k at least
coz -5 energy mod is the best drawback out of the 4 for Axe (-5 energy sucks for sword)

Agreed. Generally, the only skill that requires energy that axe warriors use is Cyclone Axe.

Edit: The only Axe Mastery skill
