PC on a rare furious butterfly sword of fortitude

I recently found this and was wondering what sort of value it had:

Butterfly Sword
16-22 damage
+17% damage (Health less than 50%)
+29 Health
Double adrenaline on hit (6%)
Req. 13 Swordsmanship

Also, I found these and were wondering if they were worth anything either:

Shadow Shield
16 Armor
Damage -1 (5%)
Req. 12 Strength

Skeletal Shield
16 Armor
Damage -3 (while hexed)
Req. 8 Tactics

War Axe
6-28 Fire damage
+18% damage (Health less than 50%)
Req. 12 Axe mastery

The Sword is very nice except for the 13 requirement. I'd say 5-7 k

The shields are ok. The 12 strength is high, but probably 2k value. The 8 Tactics is probably worth 2k also, if you can find a warrior that uses tactics.

No idea on axe...
