Managing Guild

Is there some way you can make your Guild Members talk? In my guild they seem so quiet, i hate it when people dont talk!

Ask them direct questions? If you get the ball rolling first, maybe it will help.

Start with "Hi everyone" Most will respond.
Move on to "What's everyone up to?"
Continue with "Can anyone use some help?" This last one you have to actually mean too.

Warning once you get them started it's hard to get them to shut up!

well before we had a guild website, yes I had to be direct to half
of them. lots of people are shy when entering a new guild or just
aren't use to online RPGs yet. so its good to break the ice.

Once we got our guild site up with the msg board and a few good
officers. then the guild started to get way more active.

Some too shy, and some constatantly say "hey can you get on quanz and help me out". I want to play with people that think about everyone not just me,me,me, me ,ME. Trying to get them to talk, I have to send private message to them to get them to talk though

in our guild we change announcement very often sometimes with no room
we try to keep them update and let them know that we are there to help them out and have FUN doing quest, mission and PVP. dont worry they will come around, after all they will not join if they didnt want to interact
