Everyone is an Officer, this is beause I think you should beable to invite all your friends since we accept everyone! and other than that all an officer can do is start a GvG and I think you shouldn't be restricted on when you can do a GvG, it's the fun in the game! that I want everyone to enjoy whenever they want!
