Elemental Hilts...

Does anyone know how elemental hilts(Icy Hilt, Fiery Hilt) work? I've been trying out a few new builds lately, involving spinal shivers(Enemies under this curse are knocked down everytime they recieve ice damage) and from my tests... very few people are knocked down. Only in my first attempt, with a hammer, did anyone get knocked over every time I bashed them... with my Icy sword, no one was falling when I slashed them.

And yes, I made sure that I had the energy required by this spell to keep it active...

Are hilts broken, or am I missing something here?

Spinal shivers doesn't knockdown your foe, it interrupts their action.

That would be what I was missing...

I think what threw me off was when I did it the first time, everytime I interrupted it looked like the enemy fell over...

Glad I could look like such a noob on the forums -_-

You were just distracted and misread the text of a skill you don't know well. It happens
