what build is this?

well ive been trying to make a build, and so far ive been unsuccesful. I'm a new player, and I played a thane during DAoC, so i want a build like that, which is mostly a warriors which really isnt as strong offensively as other warriors, but offsets that with instacast spells that harm their target in some way.

my W/E (that warrior and elementlist) kick major butt with fire major. Aka death from above and it will burn you down (metor storms or fire storms )

you can cast meteor swarm as primary warrior? do you carry a focus around just so you can cast it, or do you wear the gladiators armor?
