Be fair.
Be active.
Make officers of people who you trust.
Be friendly.
Be an actual part of your guild.

Oh, and don't sell your guild and start a new one with all the same members. That's one of the reasons I left my guild.

If you get really interested in GvG, and your guild gets good ,DEFINATELY get teamspeak or another in-game chat client.

But don't force it on your members. There's still people out there that don't want to use TS or Vent.

Ok as a guild leader myself I can give you this advice.

1. take the time to get to know the poeple in your guild they are poeple not just chr on a screen.

2. Make a CoC for your guild.

3. allways allow your members to make sugestion on the guild.

4. try to make sure your officers are not only good players but good leaders thier is a diff.
