Heh he says the minimum is 15k for number 1.
He'd do well to lower the minimum bid...a lot. Maybe 1k to start?

didnt see the 15k, but its definetly not getting that much - its not max damage, who cares if a caster gets weakness....its really not worth much as is, try salvaging the energy +4, tahts worth more than the staff

yea but in all even if your not a mesmer you still get +14 energy and enchantments last 15% longer. together in one item is worth it (maybe not with 15k but atleast more than 1k). plus its cold damage ..so if your a water elementalist you can use conjure frost for extra damage.
