I plan to have two or more characters and I wanted to know are they going to share anything like items, money, guild membership and if they are can it be disabled?

Money, yes.
Guild Membership, yes.
Option to disable any of the above, no.

You share the same storage between characters
All you characters are in the same guild
You can't disable it
