I'm looking for a max damage longbow with +15% when health over %50 bonus. I don't really care what other upgrades it has, as they will be replaced if I don't need them.

I'm pretty sure that there's a collector right outside Augury Rock that's trading a longbow type ascalon bow with that modifier.
