Hi all,
Well I haven't tried pre-conceiving a build before as I've normally just played and stuck to the skills that I liked/were most effective. But now I want to try a build that I will have to hunt some skills for as I haven't unlocked them all.
(NOTE: this build was made with PvP in mind)

Warrior/Mesmer

Attributes:
Axe Mastery - however much possible
Domination - Max
Tactics - however much possible

(haven't worked out attribute placement yet, but Domination should be maxed).

Skills:

1.Frenzy/Empathy - No attribute/Domination 5/10E

2.Dismember - Axe Mastery 7A

3.Axe Rake - Axe Mastery 7A

4.Arcane Conundrum - Illusion 10E

5.Power block {E} - Domination 15E

6.Bonetti's Defense/Disciplined Stance - Tactics 8A/10E (Bonetti's for energy, Disciplined for using Healing without cancelling stance)

7.Healing Signet - Tactics

8.Res Signet

Other alternative: Shatter Hex 15E

Equipment:
F1, Axe+Shield
F2, Staff/wand & Focus (+energy)
Gladiator's Armor (for +energy)

This build is basically a 50/50 mix between Warrior and Mesmer and primarily focuses on casters (especially Monks). With the way PvP currently stands, Warriors are not seen as much of a threat until the rest of the team is down, so this guy can easily get up close with the casters and cause havoc.
Let's say you're attacking a Monk. Pound him a bit with your axe until the adrenaline is charged up. Cast Arcane Conundrum if he starts worrying about his health so his healing spells take longer to cast. Not only will this slow his healing, but give you more of a chance to cast Power Block on him, and disable his healing alltogether. This effect lasts 13 seconds or so, and he/she becomes pretty much useless against a fully adrenalized Warrior, especially with Frenzy on. He won't be able to get very far either because you've crippled him with Axe Rake.
This combo takes up 25E with AC and PB, which isn't all that bad if you've got the Gladiator's armor and are using your F2 weapon set. You'll only (hopefully, unless the timing is wrong on the Power Block) have to use these skills once per caster.
Once you've got everyone's attention because you just killed their monk quite fast, put on the defensive stance to either gain your energy back or get some healing (I'm not sure which one would be more important to take into battle, but I have a feeling Bonetti's would be more useful to get some energy back and move on to the next caster).
If you weren't using Frenzy, Empathy would be a good second choice as you'll probably attract a Warrior or so that could have the upper hand if they were more concentrated on melee (which most War's are).
Shatter hex could be a replacement for the Res signet if you want to cause even more damage, but it comes with a hefty 15E. I'll have to check if this is a viable option as I'm not sure how the energy managment is gonna look like.

This is definately a build in progress and a first attempt at making a build, so if you have any comments/suggestions please post them in a non-flammatory manner and I will appreciate them Also if I've left anything out, let me know!

Just my opinion, but warriors probably shouldn't spec max into casting skills...base energy, even when complemented with + energy off hand item, just isn't enough to bother with mana-intensive casting.
A 45 energy mesmer primary still runs out of energy when fully occupied with attempting to shut down an opponent without skills from the inspiration line...and a single blast of power block probably wont serve you well in an extended confrontation without other supporting skills - you aren't "disabling his healing altogether", just disabling a single skill for 10-13 seconds.
Again, just a personal preference, but I prefer warriors that use secondary class skills that directly compliment their primary function - chopping up stuff- rather than endeavouring to be casters when they really arent.

All that being said, there's some sound ideas in there for a monk killer....let us know how it works out once/if the character is built and in action.

Thanks for the comments.
Apparently Power Block shuts down all of their skills with the same attribute, so cast it when the monk tries to heal and it shuts down all of his healing skills. This secondary function does help the warrior's main purpose greatly because any Warrior will tell you (and you've probably experienced this yourself), a Monk not healing himself goes down in less than 13 seconds (of course, unless supported by other monks...) with a frenzied adrenaline attack. If they do heal themselves you could end up not damaging them at all.
Of course it all depends on the Power Block, which is probably his weakness. Interrupt that and the Warrior would not stand a chance of killing him, or simply get the timing wrong when casting it would ruin his combo completely.
