Yes, 4, 5, and 14 are collector items. The short bow is from the Shiverpeaks collector (verified to be a short bow) and the recurve is from the desert collector (verified to be a recurve). They're also the maximum possible stats and are priced way below what you'd pay for a similar (in the case of the bows) or worse (these stats are only available from this item) dropped item.
