I forget the name of the other one, but this concerns both. Is it just me or are these powers retardedly worthless?

I don't know about you but my original thought was that the life it added would actually be used as well, however it doesn't use this life untill it has used up all of your actual life.

For instance if you add 214 life to you current 300 health which equals 514 and you get hit for 14 damage and Edure wears off you are left with 286. This to me doesn't make sense at all. Isn't the whole purpose of the power to absorb damage?

Rather than being used first in the order its used last, always leaving you at 1 health.

The power seems useless to me. Or am I wrong here somewhere?

It's useful for making runs.

Using it at full health is useless, however, what it CAN help with is if you're being mauled by 5 critters, your health is below 100, and you know your monk isn't going to heal you in the next 2 seconds.

Using the Endure Pain then is a lifesaver (literally). When it ends, it will leave you at 1 health, presumably, if the monsters keep bashing you, but you gave your monk a few precious extra seconds to get that big heal in on you.

Whether or not the power is useful enough to warrant spending one of your slots on... I dunno. I'd say in Fissure yeah, but if you're out in areas where you're not likely to be in danger of dying much, I wouldn't bring it, since its use is really limited only to when you're close to death.

I use it all the time when I need a quick health boost and no enemy has dropped yet so I can use soul feast. If I'm down to 50 health, I use it and can survive a little longer so that the monk has a few seconds to heal me.

It could be used againts a spike group, I guess... but they usually target monks first... and very few monks have a secondary warrior(except smiters)

I always take endure pain. If I am getting smacked, I'll use Endure Pain and the Healing Sig and heal myself instead of waiting on a Monk that may be TIED UP lol

it useful if you know your about take alot of damage and still want to be on the offensive. ie: your groups about to get mobbed and you want to smite them a few times before you start the healing process.
