Let all the players who participate in someone elses quest get the XP for that quest, even if they didn't need to do it.
I can think of several quests which i have helped other people complete but got no rewards except for some unwanted junk that dropped.
Getting more than self satisfaction would be better i think.
I would love to get my monk to help out on Galrath several times a day. We can gain XP more than once by doing the same fissure/UW quests so why can't we get XP from repeating regular quests?
Incentive for end-game players to help the juniors.

Because it could be abused... Imagine the ease at which you could do "the Duke's Daughter" for 2000 EXP. Do that 10 times, and you've got yourself a new skill point. Repetitious, but possible. And you'd have people helping others on Galrath's and Althea's ashes, repeatedly. And gaining more and more just for completing a quest that they already did.
I'm going to have to disagree on this one. Due to the possibilities for abuse. Interesting idea though. But I think what little EXP can be gained along the way, or the notion of helping someone else out, will have to be enough. Otherwise, we'll just have abuse of the EXP system.
