Missing attribute points

I've just reached level 20 but i still only have 170 out of the 200 attribute points your supposed to have. So am i supposed to do some thing to get those other points?

There's two quests you can do to get 15 points each. I haven't gotten there yet, so you might do a forum search to find where they are.

one of the 15 can be gotten pre-ascension. The other 15 is only available after ascendsion.
