Thank you & Question

Dear Arena.net and Guild Wars Community,

I have been playing Guild Wars since the WPE. The game has gotten better and better and despite the WOW monkeys that one can usually find in some district of some town trying to get people to switch to WOW, the people who leave as soon as a mission starts or in the middle for no reason at all or because someone dies, etc., the community is very excellent as well. Most people are very nice and enjoy a good time and the game is capable of everything it seems. Everyone who was in Lion’s Arch or Ascalon City last night from 11:00 PM PST – Server Crash would agree with me. This is the only game that I know of where the dev team can change things in real time without requiring patching thanks to streaming technology. This game is incredible and being a gamer since before and after the days of X-COM up until now, I have seen just about everything. Guild Wars is the best in my opinion, better than EQ or WOW in every aspect, and more capable. Thank you Arena.net for delivering to us such an awesome game and thank you community for being there and doing everything you can to make the game thrive. I made a new character each beta and played from level one to level twenty, making sure to do bug and suggestion reports along the way and have got like ten people to preorder.

That all out of the way, I have a question and depending on the answer, possibly a suggestion.

I bought my beta kit from Best Buy. I preordered the Collectors Edition from EB after I decided that this was definitely a game that I wanted. Another beta kit has shown up at my door. There are no more betas and I have a kit that never got used. I know that you get a special bow if you bought from EB and a shield if from Best Buy. Well, I got both. My account is tied to the Best Buy one so I guess my questions are as follows:

1) I want the bow from EB. Is there anyway to change the key from the Best Buy one to the EB one without making a new account?
2) Is it possible or will it be possible to register both keys so you can get both items on one account?
3) What happens if I use a Collector’s Edition from EB with the beta kit key from Best Buy?

If the answer to #1 or #2 is no, can someone please suggest both to Arena.net / the Dev Team? I am sure I am not the only one with two beta kits.

Ahh... So that means on release day while I wait for my Collector's Edition to show up, I can play with my Best Buy key and it will ask me for "Additional Keys" and then I can put in the EB one too? Thats so awesome. I have only three games on my computer now. X-COM, ETF, and Guild Wars. <3 What did you think of that show they put on last night? Thats incredible. Imagine what they will do for the fourth of July, Christmas, and other holidays! Huge tree in Lion's Arch in the middle and present boxes with rare items inside

It's not live yet, but I believe on the PlayNC website you will be able to update your game account with the extra preorder key.

I am sure you are going to find that this complaint is pretty commonplace. I bought my pre-order from best buy but I would like the item this or that from this place. Why not simply have a 'choose your special item' screen during login/startup instead of trying to play which key goes for what? Some people are not going to realize that they shoulda bought from here or there because, like 'Best Buy' (tools) no where did they advertise what special item 'they' were covering.
