Does anyone know if there are any bosses that carry this skill? I've looked through the databases and archives and what not and couldn't find anything.

Edit: Found it! I got to thinking, and thought about the boss with the only Earth elite, Harn Coldstone. I checked it out and he had it. I still don't know how to delete this thing, so just let it fall to the back of the pages.
