PC: Double Bladed Axe of Fortitude

Hello, new to trading but reading posts I get the feeling I might do better selling this axe to a player instead of the merchant...?

Anyhoo, it's a

Double Bladed Axe of Fortitude
Slashing Dmg 6-20 (req 5 Axe Mastery)
Dmg +11% (vs Hexed Foes)
Health +22

Again, reading previous posts, I figure it might be worth around 500g?
Is that a fair approximation?

P.S. - Is there a guide somewhere that explains what people mean when they say "perfect" or "max dmg"?
So a "perfect" grip of fortitude would be...what? +30 Health?
"max dmg" would be 28 dmg? Is there even a number associated with this term or does the item merely say "max dmg"?
