1K. any shield req tactics doesnt seem popular among warriors. trust me. most of them are looking for str req shields.

Very true. I'm almost at the point where I'm salvaging anything that's not str req shield wise. Unless it's really nice with hp and -dmg rec. 1k seems a little low-you could prob get more but it will take forever.

Also keep in mind anybody with a Warrior secondary prob uses tactics shields so it's not entirely useless. Don't see why anybody would have a W secondary and not use tactics. Hope this helps.

This is true but alot of people also make a living rushing people to droknars forge through beacons perch. They rely almost entirely on tactics and this will be in pretty high demand amongst them

If you have a caster/warrior build that is decent. I have a "curses spreader" build on my N/W, and can kill warriors/monks (non-smiting) easily with my axe No tactics, if you use an artifact instead.
