The elite skill Flourish has this effect, All of your attack skills become recharged. You gain 1-7 energy for each skill recharged by Flourish . Now does this recharge of skills include all attack skills, just energy based skills, or just adrenal skills. Any help would be great, I am trying to make a build for PvP and was wondering if this could be added or not. Thanks for the input.
