Quick question about an elite skill called Flourish

This is what the skill does, All of your attack skills become recharged. You gain 1-7 energy for each skill recharged by Flourish. Now does this recharge both energy and adrenal skills or just one. I need to know this to finish a PvP build and I can't get on GW to find out for 2 more days.

It recharges your energy attack skills only... adrenaline would be ridiculously awesome
