Using dyes on Wands / Artifacts

can someone tell me how wands and artifacts dye, i dyed my storm artifact purple and it turned green. i was wonderin if its the same as chaos axe where u dye it one color and it ends up like the opposite of it or something.

so if any of u out there have dyed their wands/artifacts, plz let me know

noone? i know someone out there knows or will spend their own $$$ to try ^ . ^

Can you use dyes on weapons?

I have dyed my stuff before and I know what you're talking about. Thats really annoying huh. I dont know if its changed since I did it awhile back but I tried to have all my ele equips green and did that and they turned purple so. But I have a question why is it or was it that if u just remove die from something it changes?

You need to use dye remover first because artifacts and chaos axes all come in pre-dyed forms.

so i tried dye remover on my storm artifact, and it stayed the same color. so now i apply a color i want and it will turn into that color?
