Lightning Reflexes + Flourish??

Flourish states that "all of your attack skills become recharged. You gain 1-7 energy for each skill recharged by Flourish."
My question is, does the Ranger skill Lightning Reflexes qualify as an "attack skill"??

No, Lightning Reflexes should not be recharged by Flourish, but I haven't tested this myself.

Lightning Reflexes is a stance rather than an attack skill.
Attacks are labeled "Attack", "Melee Attack", "Sword Attack", "Axe Attack", "Hammer Attack", and "Bow Attack". Oddly enough, the "Pet Attack" branch seems to be unique. The last time I'd used Tiger's Fury, pet attacks got disabled.
