Well my guild purchased a celestial Sigil today, but now how do i use it?
Need some serious help here, maybe a noob question. But i still need to know.

try to act better then everyone
For your question:
to use the Sigil you have to go to Lion's Arch. When there you have
to go to the docks and go on one of the boats. there you will find
a NPC that will take you to the guild Hall you which to go.
once you get to that Guild Hall, there will be another NPC ready
to give you that guild Hall in exchange of a sigil.
