lol i dont get some ppl...if u have all this gold laying around ebay ur excess gold..that is what i would do if i have millions in gold....me personally i only have 213K gold...which is all i need

Well seeing as we have heard nothing more from this seller... The offer of max cash that can be offered is no longer on the table.. I regret to half to withdraw my bid for this item but as itsintheeyez bluntly put it, it is a very nice shield but if 1m 400k is not what you are looking for gl selling it...

30 (pommel) + 0 = 30
30 (pommel) + 30 (shield) = 60
while ebaying is fun to think I strongly hesitate to get involved in anything like that.

my point is a 29hp sheild is only 1 way from perf and its alot cheaper why not buy close to best save ur cash for something else.

why are you guys doing the maths ? dont you know guildwars is all about the asthetic value of items ? Ppl pay by the looks of the items. Let me give you a rough idea of what i am talking about.
A guy wants to sell his +15%>50 8req Max dmg SPATHA (LOL). He goes to buzy districts like Lions Arch dt 1 and trys to make over 500k. Guess what, the highest offers he might get would be close to only 100k.
Same guy wants to sell his +15%>50 8req Max dmg Fellblade. In less than 1min, he gets offers above 500k easily.
Eternal shield isnt something you can get outside Ascalon City. A Plain normal one let alone could cost above 5K.
Given the choice if YOU HAD THE GOLD, would you buy the DEFENDER shield or the ETERNAL shield if the stats on both shield were the same... ?
1.5K armors -> Those who dont have time to play this game a lot.
15K armors -> Those who knows how to look good and feel good.
Fissure armors -> ONLY dedicated players can get this within a month.
PPl buy high priced armors because of the looks and the need to feel different from the majority. And i dont see why this Eternal shield being auctioned here wont get good offers for it. You dont see this kind of shield everyday.

why not go 28 instead of 29. or why not 27 instead of 29. the difference is minimal as far as gameplay is concerned. to tell you the truth most of my farming could be done with like 370 health or maybe a bit less. either my build is good enough or it isn't. the fact is i enjoy playing the game and it has gotten me a lot of money. do i just keep that money in storage, or do i collect the really nice items. my point was that there is a difference. i was pointing out it is faulty to say that you can substitute a 29 hp pommel for a 30 hp shield. you can't. you could sub possibly a 29 hp shield or a 30 hp shield, but not a pommel since those things will stack with the hp on the shield.

I have had some dealings with a few guys on the site Ish and Anarkii already and things went smoothly this guy isnt running a very dedicated sell.
The money is no issue i have it. I just didnt think it was worth more then that so i would say hes either not seriouse about selling it.
Maybe he thinks its gonna get a bid of more then 1.4 million.
But as of right now you ARE the high bid with 110 ecto +500k..
