Shield Dying

hi, i'd like to know if there is any shield where the bulk of it could be dyed red (or any other color). i just wanna know since i would like to keep my warrior's red theme going, and the shield i have right now seems a little close-minded. maybe the eternal shield could be tinted red instead of blue? who knows?

If you want to go with the red theme I would suggest a magma shield. I'm not sure if it can be dyed, but from what I would imagine, it looks good with red.

Well, the best I have is a shadow shield. My friend is the one who has it. After cycling through my screenshots, I don't seem to have one of it. I'll group with him sometime soon though and leave you a screenshot.

well you can dye a small portion of a skull shield...looks like the shadwo shield but its silver(shadwo shield is black)

well ive been searching the forums and i cant find screenshots of magma shields..
anyone got screens of shadows/eternals dyed?

I don't think you can dye shadows or eternals, considering the fact that I have yet to see any of them dyed haha.

here is the magma shield..I think it would look pretty good with your red theme

i dont know i never tried to dye it but these shields arent hard to find and wont cost you much.

Thanks alot plop. It looks good with alot of things, and not alot of people use them, so it'll be more original. And I'm not sure if you can dye it or not.

I've got a magmus shield, and when you dye it it only dyes the very edge around the shield, and even then there isn't much noticeable difference. The skull face doesn't change at all. Hope that helps.

Bucklers will dye completely.

You can dye shadow shields. The only noticable dying surface are the eyes. I dyed mine green awhile back. Kind of hard to tell but it is dyable.

first you should check the requirement (strength or tactics)
then maybe health bonuses

I had a tower shield at one time with the same graphic as that defender. Don't know if that is changed though; I saw a tower shield a while back that looked just like a tall shield.

some items have exactly the same look, the same purpose, the same requirement BUT different names
