Attribute Point Cap

I have read many places that the attribute points cap at 200 at lvl 20, howoever, at lvl 20 I only have 170. Did they change the cap or is something just wrong with my character?

There are 2 quests in the game that give you 15 attribute points each, so that makes it 200

After you ascend, I believe theres one in the desert to get the first 15, and the others at droknars to get the last 15. You're not missing anything.

The first in the desert can be done before or after you ascend. The second atribute points quest requires you to visit Destiny's Gorge, Heroes' Audience, Seeker's Passage, before it is given to you.
