Rare Fiery Righteous Maul (Hammer) of Fortitude Max Damage +13% while enchanted

I'm looking to sell a Gold Rare Fiery Righteous Maul of Fortitude. In addition to its 19-35 fire damage (Max), it carries a 13% damage bonus when enchanted. The fortitude grip adds +24 health. This item has been quoted at 50k, but I'm working on my latest piece of 15k armor and will be quite willing to let it go for 35k or less. If it matters, the value at trader of this item is 344g; which is a lot compared to most other max dmg hammers. In game, you can PM Dagnar The Paladin and we can arrange a meeting for you to see it.
