Jobs????

What will it be like if your character had jobs to go along with their proffesions. For instence cooking,mining,alchemist,forger,etc. These thins could posibly be one of the best things that could happen to a character being there own merchant. They could sell items they make for big profit fo things like that. and no more merchants means more demand of what ppl want. Jabos Would craft armor wepons etc and sell them as a big community insted of npcs who u get it from. Think about it.

This exists in games in the MMORPG category - I am sure there are plenty of options out there, but GW is not trying to become an MMORPG.

There do exist jobs. People do the Lornar's Pass run daily. People sell their unneeded drops to places earlier in the game.
People win sigils and sell them.

Seeing as your guild would probably have someone to fulfill each job, there would be no point in selling things. As well, they have these features in most other games and it just causes people to use things like bots and macros.
