examples: wand: 11-22; +15 energy; -1 energyreg.

art.: +12energy (req blabla 8); +15 energy; -1 energyreg.; +30 life

protection offhand is north gate outside augury

There is no such collector offhand for ele.

There is no protection based wand.

There is no such collect wand for ele.

There may be 15/-1 with no-max stats, like the holy rod in quarrel fall which gives you 15/-1.
