Know you prices...

How can someone know what a item/weapon is really worth?
Like, if someone got the most powerful hammer in Guild Wars and sells it for 1000gold...
I picked up a Black Dye once in the pre-searing, if I'm not mistaken... I gave it away for free... LOL I didn't knew what the actual price was of the (black) Dye's...
I have a good golden Hammer at the moment, but I don't really know what's worth it... If I tell people it's worth 10k, they will laugh at me, and I will sell it for like 2k (and then, it's actually more worth then 20k) lol

for the current prices of dyes and runes, go to the traders. sell these items cheaper than what is offered at the trader. for example, black dye is 5K, sell it 4K. see what im saying? for weapons and other stuff, post it in the forum for price check if you dont know how much it costs.

The price of items is all supply and demand. Money is basically pointless on this game besides to buy weapons/armours. I have sold the same thing for 35k and then to someone else for 5k, it all depends on how much i wanna sell it for and how much they are willing to pay. Anything gold and max damage normally can sell for a decent amount, but unfortunately hammers kinda sell for nothing since most people ue the swords and shields approach. Good luck
