Not worth a lot.. Maybe salvage and try to get the 20% enchant upgrade.
First off, its not max damage.
Second off, 14% vs hexed foes really sucks
Third, vamp isn't max
I'd say if you can find a buyer, maybe 5k, probably less. Your best bet is to salvage it, even though 20% enchantment hammer upgrades aren't too popular these days..
