i recently turned level 20 and i noticed that my skill points are kinda low from capturing skills and buying etc.
now that im lvl 20 will i never gain any more skill points and only attribute points?
also it says i gain one point from lvling up after level 20 but i have yet seen it ...is it glitched or am i just not paying attention?
any help would be appreciated.

You gain one skill point for each increase, your attribute points are now fixed.

You will gain another skill point every 20,000 experience I think.

Yup, 20'000 exp gets you 1 skill point. As will completing missions that you have not already done. Although be warned against spending lots of skill points before having compelted all avaliable quests - you end up with a real shortage of them, and no real way to get any more exp (as I hit with my Necro).

They call it Fissure and UW - which is great ... providing you don't play on EUROPE. Stupid lack of favor .. grumble grumble.
