PC on 3 items

I have come across a need for money, and found a lack of it.



And a +21 Bow Grip of Fortitude

Are any of these items somewhat valuable?

There's max dmg with weak mods, and non-max dmg with not-as-bad mods

As far as the casting speed and skill recharge stuff, I don't think it is that valuable b/c collector's items max it and there doesn't seem to be a "vanity" market for caster items really.
