When you go to Gamestop (Or whatever) do you have to have the receipt to get the game for 5$ off. Or will they have it on record?

Well i think you might have to have your receipt. Even if you don't, bring it just in case.

my experience with GameStop is that they will have you on record. if you do not have a receipt, you will need an ID when you pick up the retail game.

Yeah these people even asked for my mothers maiden name when I pre-ordered. LOL (jk) but they did ask for name, address, phone #, email address, Regular or unlead... er.. Collectors Edition, favorite color.... ok .. maybe not favorite color.. But ya they should have me on file, said they'd call me when it comes in. ooooooo I can't wait!

I pre-ordered mine from GameStop too. The guy told me I didn't need my receipt and that all I needed to do was give them my name and phone number when I pick it up. ^.^
