Judges Insight stack?

With my R/Mo If i were to use the skill Judges Insight which turns my attacks to holy damage and +20% armor penetration. If i were to then use penetrating attack which i belive is +10% AP would that come to be a total of +30% armor penetration?

Yeah I have the same question with lightning attacks that deal %25 armor penetration. Would this stack up to %45 armor penetration??

What judge's insight DOES do is also change to holy damage. I was fighting an elementalist/monk in the pickup arenas, that I beleive was using judge's insight and lightning spells. The damage was changed to holy damage, which is a bane for Necromancers using that Droknar's armor that reduces protection to holy damage. I was getting WHACKED!!!

Stuff like lightning orb was doing 101 damage per hit on my necro!
