How do you get your secondary back?

With my W/Mo it was no problem. I did the Necro's path, switched to W/N, decided I didn't like it very much, went back to the guy and switched back to W/Mo.

But with my R/N... I completed monk's path. Decided to give R/Mo a try, realized it was going to cost 12plat or so to get all the skills I wanted, and decided to switch back to R/N... well guess what. I can't. There's no longer even an OPTION to change secondary. And I can't do the Necro path to get it back either... wtf! seriously!

I have no trouble, are you sure you talked to the right npc?

Be sure that you ascended, did the necessary missions, and found the correct guy.

Try doing another profession change quest.

if i wasn't ascended, how could i change to R/Mo in the first place? i've tried talking to all of the people who give the secondary quests, and none of them will give me the option of getting necro secondary back (in fact the button that says 'i wish to change my profession' is absent completely).

i'll try doing another one of the quests and see what happens.

my char who did all 5 of the secondary quests had no problem switching to any of the secondaries anytime. I think you must have missed completing/taking the secondary profession quest for the necro, i think it involves killing a scared griffin of amnoon in prophets path. if you are sure you did the quest, then it might be a bug in the game.

You probably didn't find the right guy.

you can't complete the necro quest when you're already a necro. my W/Mo can't do the warrior's path or monk's path. but the choice for monk was already there.

anyways i tried doing the elementalist path, and the button magically reappeared, along with the choice to return to necro..... must be some odd bug.

...and the necro path guy is in hero's audience. if you actually READ my first post i said i switched my W/Mo to W/N which means i obviously bloody well know where the damn necro path guy is.

It was probably your shortage of memory or a bug, if monk was already there.
