Why doesn't this forum have an occasional poll?
The best polls are the ones where you can vote only once, and see the results as a percentage after you vote.
Just a suggestion. Maybe the first poll should be:
Would you like to see a daily poll on guildwarsguru?

Our clan website uses polls, but you can only vote as a member of the clan, who doesn't flame and has been in there for AT LEAST 60 days with them. so yes, unless it's nothing silly, this should be used on this site (Especially on those petitions!)

User-created polls could open up a huge can of worms. 
If you -did- implement something like this, it should be one of those "must be approved by admins/mods" before it actually shows up. That way if it's something REALLY dumb or silly, it will never see the light of day.

I suggested in the original post that polls were to be implemented by the webmaster. LOL for even considering user implemented polls.
A "Thread" for "User Suggested Polls" would exist so that people could suggest a topic. Some sample suggestions for polls:
What primary/secondary class do you use?
How old are you?
etc.
If this was to be implemented, it would be nice if it included a database of past poll results as well.

I think they dont have polls so you can get easy chances to say yes or no on poll like thread someone made for easy post count, some people just are shy you know.
