Ok, two questions.
One: What is the maximum percentage on a monster slaying weapon upgrade? (i.e. Hammer Grip of Trollslaying, Damage +19% vs. Trolls)
Two: What is the highest you have seen so far?
I ask this because my strategy guide says that 30% is the maximum, but I have never seen anything higher than 19%. I hope someone can answer this for me.
