What is 15K armor? I relize it's the best you can get but what is it? Is it a set at 15K gold a piece or what.

Also What is the diffrence between gold and purple drops? I got one purple drop in pre-seering and still have it. Whats the best thing to do with it?

only difference between 15k armor and that sold in droknar's forge is the look, thats all


and the difference in colors
blue is uncommon
purple is slightly rare
gold is really rare

the purple drop in pressearing is probly worth nothing unless somehow you got some max dmg weapon (HIGHLY doubt it), sell it to a merchant.

And yes, 15K armor is 15K a piece, plus materials.

Another thing to consider with the pruple item - does it have any mods/bonuses on it? If so it might have a rune or an upgrade component in it. If it does, might be worth using a Expert Salvage kit on it and hope to get the rune/upgrade from the weapon -at least if it's an upgrade/rune that you want or are after for use.
