Couple ?s Can I cange the +21 health mod to a +4 energy mod i have, and can i change the death magic skill to my staff wrapping of enchantment? If i can do this ill put 1.5k on #9.

No. you can't switch out the death magic, since that is intrinsic mod. I have no clue why you prefer this over collector staff.

the only collector staff ive seen has Smitting regen on it and thats useless to me I protect aand heal, I kept my smitting up for the current rod i use but i carry no smitting Skills with me. So if i could add A 18% more enchnting wrap on it as well as +4 energy and 29+ health that would be solid weapon option for me.Change my some of my skill points over too Divine Favor then use more of those spells.
