The closest you can get to it is during the Villainy of Galrath quest, where you actually go onto the cliff near it.

I'm damn sure I saw that tower in Wizard's Folly (Before the Great Ascalon Searing)... Sure of it... that's the only time you can go on it I think...

*Sighs* There are so many things out there in the scenery while exploring that turn out to be nothing.. I hope arena net adds alot more too it.. whats the point of exploring if I can't find secrets!

ya, one part in north kryta really got me mad, on the beaches there is a neat little temple type thing right across a little water path and it looks like you can get there, but you cant... perhaps in the expansion they will alow more cave, dungeon, and other such exploration...

Been there, I really love that castle ! Galrath sure had style It's not the coolest thing in the game, I'm not sure, but maybe the Dragon's Gullet area is my favorite
