20% Energy Storage recharge/cast 2hand staff

Simple question, do they exist? I've not found any collectors with them (although most of my search was via the Souther Shiverpeak/Desert lists) - but can they at least drop? According to gwonline.nets itemmod page they can, but alot of the information there is outdated/plain wrong in the first place.

Also, slightly less pressing - has anyone explored the whole set of pre-desert collectors in detail? They have such immensely interesting items, but are they ever tedious to get to.

IMO you should get the wand + artifact. I have the max dmg 20 recharge Air Wand from the desert collector and the 20/20 Storm Artifact from the Droknar's collector.

Simply with the staff you lose that 20+20 recharge you can get sometimes with the wand+artifact. And I assure you that when it happens its *FAST*
