well depends, if you want some salvage material then go for the salvage, but if you want a little gold then sell it to the NPC... hmm i just wonder if you will get more for the materials you salvage from it... i guess its your call

Since it's low damage, I'd salvage it unless you'd get more than 20gp from a merchant.

It's possible. YOu might send out a sell offer on the channel in Ascalon. Maybe someone who's relatively new to post searing might be interested.

Salvaging may also give u with some luck the Fiery Sword Hilt, wich u can sell in the trade channel for some proffit. 
I usually salvage fiery for their hilts, and u can give the fire dmg to another sword u like more.

In short I'd salvage it, and sell the hilt upgrade (If you get it) for 300-400g, since I sold on around 400g before.
Or sell them whole thing for 300-400g... which is what it worth. Buts a pretty rubbish sword and better off being salvaged.
